Andrea Ruhge

Originally from Santa Barbara, Andi moved to San Francisco to earn an undergraduate degree in Art, focusing on Architectural & Interior Design at San Francisco State University. This knowledge, coupled with her experience running a small family owned construction company, and project management as a Property & HOA Manager, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in Real Estate; in negotiating, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing her team's listings. Andrea has been working in Real Estate since 2015 and is an accredited buyer representative and Planned Unit Development Specialist. Andreas's clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, and a joy to be around.

After living in Montecito for the past five years, Andrea currently resides in Downtown Santa Barbara with her son. She enjoys spending time with her family doing outdoors activities like bike riding, paddle boarding, as well as traveling when the opportunity arises. Andrea proudly volunteers at the Food Bank and supports several non profit organizations including The Breast Cancer Resource Center and The Charitable Foundation.
