Annie Cox

Annie's clients keep on coming for her hustle, initiative, intelligence and commitment to ethics. With family spread out across Ventura and Santa Barbara counties, Annie is well-versed in the regional markets. She prides herself on grounded honest guidance in real estate.

Prior to bceoming a Real Estate professional, Annie built her reputation as an entrepreneurial self-starter in politics, environmental advocacy and production. Annie ran successful political campaigns to conserve waterways and elect pro-environment leaders with Clean Water Action and the Waterkeeper Alliance. She left politics in 2011 and co-founded a family business in global wastewater treatment technology. In 2015 she pivoted to messaging and co-founded a boutique production company specializing in environmental films. She has a BA from Brown University.

Annie lives in Ojai with her husband, a physician at the Ventura County Hospital, their two young children and two cats. Annie loves cooking and hosting, pilates, live music, interior design, travel, her friends, and being a helper in the community.
