The ability to negotiate effectively for my clients has been enhanced by positive relationships with colleagues from Malibu, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Bel Air, Beverly Hills and many adjacent cities. Working with both buyers and sellers has also increased my value as an agent. When listing a property for sellers, I have in depth understanding of the thinking and strategy of buyers and their agents. The same concept applies when I represent buyers.
