Brook Ashley

Brook has been a Top Producing Realtor in Santa Barbara for three decades years. She has won numerous real estate honors including the Gates Award from the Santa Barbara Board of Realtors and has had her listings and sales achievements featured in several Wall Street Journal articles.

As a Luxury sales specialist, Brook has closed an array of significant properties including a classic Montecito estate designed by George Washington Smith and the ultra-modern architectural home known as "The Glass Pavilion." Her sales span a wide range of Santa Barbara's neighborhoods and pricing, from mountain top perches to oceanfront meadows.

She is also an author and book editor. Brook is President of Dare Wright Media, and has taught tae kwon do karate. She guided the Santa Barbara International Film Festival as its reputation rose from local to international recognition and is a past board member of the Born Free international animal welfare organization. Brook currently serves on the regional advisory board for the Anti Defamation League.
