As a California native, I am passionate about all types of homes and how owning real estate can help build wealth. Educated as an engineer with a BS in Applied Mechanics from UCSD, a Master's in Electrical Engineering from SDSU, and an Advanced Program Management Certificate from Stanford University, I have combined my years of engineering and program management experience with real estate which has resulted in top producing sales. I am very goal-oriented and understand the numbers, how to negotiate and close a successful deal. I also love the people side of the business. I enjoy looking at houses and am very good at suggesting small or large changes that can enhance the value and livability of a home.
