Deborah's passion for Real Estate began 20+ years ago when she bought her first investment property. She fell in love with the process and it wasn't long after that she decided to make it a career. Her emphasis is on Luxury Properties from San Luis Obispo County to San Ynez Valley - with special focus on Beach Homes, Vineyard Estates and Golf Course Communities, although she and her team also specializes in New Development Projects. Her deep connections to the area include Santa Ynez Valley, Los Olivos, San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles Wine Country, and the quaint small towns along the Central Coast.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, Deborah graduated from California State University of Fresno, where she studied Social Work and went on to develop programs for at risk youth, and other underserved populations. She continues to have a special place in her heart for the less fortunate, and believes it is important to never take more out of life than you give! Her passion for the real estate industry goes hand in hand with serving others. Her greatest satisfaction comes from Helping her clients reach their real estate goals. The majority of her business is repeat clients or referrals of their family, friends or business associates. She is proud to work alongside the top-ranking agents in the nation. Outside of her extreme passion for real estate, Deborah enjoys spending time with her family, golfing or wine tasting with friends.
