Kate Adams

Her love of buildings brought Kate Adams first to a career as a professor of architecture. Her passion for getting involved in the community led her to become one of the first City Commissioner of Arts and Culture in San Diego. For the past 35 years she has used her superb expertise and knowledge to help her clients live their dreams.
Focusing on La Jolla and the coastal communities, Kate recognizes the diversity of the area and works to ensure that the properties she suggests are the right fit for clients. "Buying a home is more than a financial transaction," she says. "It's a huge emotional investment as well."
She also seeks to understand what clients want, not only from a house but from a community. "You need to know the needs," she says.
